That is NOT Constitutional "Rule by Law", it Tyrannical (Lite, for now) "Rule by Man"! This is EXACTLY what our Framers of the Constitution sought to Prevent! This is EXACTLY why the Constitution is what BO describes as "A Document of Negative Liberties"!
The 17pages of the Constitution are mostly devoted to telling the Federal Government what it May Not do to The Sovereign States, or to The Citizens of The Sovereign States!
When Federal Agencies, like The Economic Prevention Agency, do what they've done to Gibson, there Should Be a Legal Liability on the part of the Federal Agency that is some Multiple of The Fines that the Targeted Company would have had to Pay. That Penalty should come out of the Agencies Budget, With No Possibility of that Money being Replaced for the Rest of the Fiscal Year! If any one BureaucRAT is Primary Guy responsible for doing this in any single 5year period, he should be Fired Automatically - Minus Pension, Minus Benefits, Minus Unemployment!

And, of course, We need to remove Unions from ALL Branches of Government, AND at ALL Levels of Government... Local, State, & Federal. It Simply is Not in the Interests of Good Government, Nor is it in the Interest of the Hard Working Citizens of The United States of America.
