Craig was a good fit for the "old" James, with all of the bang that Bond brings and maybe the best since Connery... the Standing King!!!... But to me Craig is like a lumberjack that has seen the better side of his life go by... No mistakes here as he can still swing the axe but time and constant hardships have taken a hit and he's better seen as the Bond, late in his career...

Thinking of a better match for future Bond movies ... Hugh Jackman... Great looking , young, but not too young. Great appeal. Could be Suave and yet Nasty with a dark side. No problem with the English accent. Good height and weight. Chisled body, Talented Actor... But most important is that he has that look of Ian Flemming Character without the fluff... of a Brosnan or a Moore.
