Well, that is a tricky question. The brunch at The Hilton used to be a good option on Sunday, but it seems that they have fallen off a bit. They have a new executive Chef, so I am sure there will a transitional period. I am sorry I couldn't be more helpful.

Thanks Eric! It was quite good, used my second pie crust and remaining dock to make another incarnation. This time I used emmental instead of goat cheese and some corn (to try and sway my daughter!) The goat cheese version definitely had more character!

I still find it amazing that food can evoke such powerful memories. I have never had a fresh teaberry, but I look forward to it. I don't think my plant will survive, so I will either need to get more seeds or buy a small plant and propagate. Thanks for writing!

Thanks Lexie! I am through the first year and finished with my extern. I will be returning to finish my degree, but not soon. I am pregnant with my 3rd child and life at the CIA is quite demanding, so I will need to do some juggling to make it work in the future. Good luck!
