Not sure why it is still not working. It was after the 18:59 min where it just stopped dead and then gave me the error message.
Is there a transcription available? I prefer those because I can just get to the "meat" of the webinar.

I started watching the video and about 10-12(?) minutes in I received an error message "File was Corrupted". It was at the section where she was showing her 2 parrot production website and the moving video on her website.

Great blog and something everyone needs to consider. I work as a VA (virtual Assistant) and when I first started out I didn't think that I needed to put constraints on my clients. I too didn't want to seem like I was demanding or inaccessible. Boy was that a mistake!
I had a client call me at 10:30 on a Wednesday night for something mundane. I've had them call me on Saturday at 7a.m. or at dinner time or at 7:30pm wanting to know things or asking me to do something. What is amusing is that it has never been for an urgent request. Just regular stuff they could have emailed me about.
Sending out a notice of my working hours and response time made a huge difference. I also included a fee for calls or urgent request after my normal business hours. That stopped those calls almost immediately!

Thank you! Google Analytics are so important, yet time and time again I come across clients who don't utilize them. I hear, from potential Internet Marketing clients, about how great their website is and when I ask, what is your bounce rate? Average daily traffic? They give me blank stares. How do you know what your website is doing without it!
