You couldn’t be more spot on Brandon. I had an issue with the dry side of my MP10 making a “whirring” noise, contacted EcoTech and had a new dry side by the end of the second day. Bar none, they the best customer support I have ever seen in a company. It is no surprise that their company is growing as rapidly as it is. Are their products pricey? Yes... Are they technologically advanced? Yes… Does their product work? Yes… Does their customer service rock? You’d better believe it does!!
