The Blackfish is too cool a character to use him as a simple background exposer.
Better out that oddly in, with no so much to do.

The cast so far has proven that the smaller the role, the less known the actor is (or cheaper).
Please not that I'm not saying the cast is lacking quality.
I simply accept that such dream cast as an Ed Harris Tywin, HIC Davos or Beric or Jeremy Irons Blackfish are simply not going to happen.
