sadly the fullest extent of the law is probably not much. Usually isn't. I don't think the 'law' is worth the paper it is written on any more.

they are already 'out'. No one actually seen it, I presume, therefore even if the owner of the dog knows who did it, she can't prove it. They will get off scot-free unless someone can prove they did it.

Perhaps he was trying to harm the baby so that is why she stabbed him? Maybe he was trying to set the house on fire? Maybe she was drunk? Maybe she didn't know the baby was under his shirt? Woah, maybe he was high on drugs? Maybe he was beating her up, so she stabbed him? Maybe there was a boyfriend involved? Yeah, lots of maybes. The article doesn't tell what happened at all, it is hardly even news with reporting like this.

I mean don't they take her out in public, right? Is it against the law for you to allow anyone outside of your home to see your kids face?
