My dad has renal cell carcinoma. This local hospital is really the best option for our family. We've spent a LOT of time there over the past couple years.

Thanks for posting this. I live near 287 and Arapahoe and was wondering what all those helicopters were doing. I could smell the fire when I went out to feed horses at 7. I'll be keeping tabs on this story—I feel terrible for the people who lost all that hay. Dang.

You're paying the wrong farrier. Mine trims for $40/horse (all 4 hooves!) and does a great job. Where are you? I'm a ranch hand out of Boulder/Erie who could use some extra hours.

Two things; the first one is a genuine question for anyone who may want to provide a quick answer:

1. If Alex was the one who caused the fatal injuries, why was he charged with a lesser crime? I'm sorry if this has been discussed to pieces; I haven't read much about this case.

2. For the love of god. Really, DC? "...but he did not not give her any legal advise." There are spelling/word mistakes in far too many of your articles. It makes me a little crazy. (Not that I'm paying to read this; I guess I deserve it.)

I, for one, am glad they reported this (even if the word "reopen" bothers me). I turned left onto eastbound Baseline from 287 at around 11 this morning and wondered why southbound 287 was closed.
I hope the people involved in the crash are going to be ok.
