You think because someones get's a jaywalking ticket they should run the risk of being denied a roof over their head or services? You are at the least not a compassionate person, and at the most brainwashed.

Hmmm, where are the police patrols? In poverty stricken areas. Why you say? Because that is where the crime is, right? Nope, that is the easiest hunting ground for generating chicken s$%t tickets. Its perpetual, and will never end.

Remember, profits from the legal system drop right to the bottom line of the GDP. And the legal system is the largest contributor (lobbying $) to Congress. Fair huh?

Kaemicha, Homeless people are the closest to free a person can be, that is why people judge them...they are jealous of no responsibility. Sure I know people will say "they are not free, they need food provided etc." Well, it's not like they can grow there own food...private property everywhere. They are victims of the societal mechanism and population explosion.

I have come to the conclusion that anyone commenting on here that is in the red (thumbs down) are actually the most sensible.

Keep being compassionate. You value people over money.....good for you.

People shooting, honking horns under bridges, assaulting and judging homeless people are bullies and are angry human beings. Confront them with why, and watch them tailspin with ridiculous reasons and justifications. If people did not lash out at homeless people, I guarantee they in return would be nicer as well.

I happen to agree with Lake O Steve. I don't see a problem with someone pleasuring themselves in their own yard. Had it been a couple or someone attractive...this story may have never materialized.

Moral of this story....don't buy or rent a home where your backyard is a fishbowl. Perhaps a higher fence?

The Feds must have looked at their quarterly Pacific NW drug revenue charts and proceeded to spit their Chinese coffee on their desks.

Maybe.....they apparently grossly underestimated the momentum the OMMP program would progress, and seemingly have now found their own drug profits in deep decline?

Or.....as I have believed all along, is that the Feds would allow the OMMP program to flourish.....then simply reign it in when the pickings are plentiful.

Based on this theory, perhaps they need to reign it in a little faster than planned; the consequences of course being the realization that they will be caught in a lie. Unfortunately for them, the average US goldfish memory needs a bit longer to forget important input when it comes to our rights.

Time to shore up the budget eh?
