What the heck is wrong with parents who raise kids like this? I would never have dreamed of acting this way to anyone. It is good that the kids are getting punished for their actions, however the parents are to blame as well because they raised kids to think that it is okay to bully people and disrespect their elders. I hope she has the most amazing vacation in her life.
They should give him a medal. I would do the same thing if I found somebody trying to rape my daughter (if I had a daughter). And the fact that he did try to get medical attention to the guy speaks volumes about him.

This is such a stupid argument for so many reasons. They are cops, it is their job to enforce the laws. By this same logic: Drug house busts also present great danger of violence, shootings and situations getting out of control, so the cops should stop busting drug operations in order to avoid the type of confrontations that arise in those situations.
Why aren't we seeing any lowering in our prices? All I've seen is the price of gas rising.
Bullcrap. I'm an NRA member and I'm furious at how this case is turning out. The simple fact is, the parents should not have had guns and the fact they did means they need to be properly punished for what happened because of their law-breaking, not getting a very light slap on the wrist.
Well Ken, at this point: yes. The tenth amendment states that all laws not covered in the Constitution and/or the amendments are to be left up to the states. So without a constitutional amendment, it is something that should be left up to the states.
