Check the batteries in your smoke detectors
you also said "laying" instead of "lying" there.......... as long as you are correcting your grammar, you might as well get that right too. (One of my "pet" peeves).
I read read Online reviews of this place, and they were not consistently good. There are a lot of factors at work here, the least of which is a greedy landlord.
A lot. And that rent is normal for Pearl St. I don't know their menu mix , but I'm sure their food cost for BBQ is high. You don't make money off of alcohol like you did in the old days. People drink micro brews which are expensive, labor is expensive, utilities are expensive, equipment maintenance is expensive, taxes are expensive. If people want to pass blame, blame the food purveyors, the produce farmers, the microbreweries that are charging over $100/ keg for beer, the State of CO for raising minimum wage, the utility companies, equipment mechanics, and why not blame the countless restaurants and bars in Boulder competing for those sales dollars?Oh, forgot to ask , how much were the bands charging? 500, 1000, 1500, 2000 dollars/ gig?
Right.. If you're old enough to serve you're country and vote
Right.. If you're old enough to serve your country and vote, you should be able to drink responsibly.
They don't carry guns. The question you should be asking is this: the law states that it is illegal for a minor to attempt to purchase alcohol, so how does law enforcement get around enforcing the law and breaking it at he same time?
Because they were sighted for noise violations in their previous location on East Pearl. They ere probably allowed to re- open in their current location provided they no longer have rooftop bar.
They were most likely fined for a prior offense. This was strike two. Strike three and you're done for good. This is likely their second suspension in 22 years, not their second offense. I know....I've been there.
