I'd say it's dwarfed by the amount of money spent trying to keep police safe from cowardly so-called "dissidents" for Republican murderers - murderers who are still trying to murder for unity today, with tacit support from SF/IRA.

That's the point you're missing. The IRA's was never 'justifiable'. It is a sectarian organisation, formed to murder and maim to achieve its sectarian goals of a non-Protestant united Ireland.

Did you forget I mentioned how they got a country? All 26 counties worth. And were these sectarian fools happy? No. They're now trying to take the other six off 1.2 million British people in Northern Ireland - through (recent) cold-blooded murder, tribal politics and hatred.

Therefore the IRA has no 'justifiable' right to do sweet FA - but be content with its lot, and live and let live. Least of all murder thousands of people.
