Globish reminds me of another failed project called "Basic English" which failed, because native English speakers could not remember which words not to use :)

So it's time to move forward and adopt a neutral non-national language, taught universally in schools worldwide,in all nations.

As a native English speaker, I would prefer Esperanto

Lovely film, but I think I'll stick with Esperanto.

At least I know it has a future !

Esperanto is indeed a "magical language"

As your readers may not have heard of it can I point to http://www.lernu.net and http://www.esperanto.net

I think we need an international lingua franca as well.

I notice that Barack Obama wants everyone to learn another language, but which one should it be? The British learn French, the Australians study Japanese, and the Americans prefer Spanish.

Why not decide on a common language, taught worldwide, in all nations?
