What they oughta do with AJ (since they have at least a year to make him a credible WHC contender again) is have him go through all his old, famous feuds - since they've been putting over how this has been a rough couple months for him, he could "try to prove himself" by rehashing the feuds that made him great, as if he's second-guessing himself now.. he beats Daniels at Final Resolution, then goes on to Joe, and eventually Kurt Angle, eventually overcoming all of them and getting his "mojo" back, winning the title at BFG, and moving on to feud with someone NEW for a change

I mean...they're gonna have him feud with Angle and/or Daniels ANYWAY, so they might as well put something meaningful into it.

Look...I love Ring of Honor (and I know that's not a popular thing to say around here)...but they REALLY need to pull their heads out of their asses over there

TJP is a PHENOMENAL wrestler, more than capable of getting over with the ROH audience, and THEY RELEASE HIM?!? Kenny King, again, is a phenomenal talent just dripping with charisma, a guy who could be a world champion anywhere...and ROH just lets him go.

AND THEN...oh it gets better...THEN ROH goes out and gets... MATT F&%$ING HARDY.

It's really frustrating being a Ring of Honor fan right now...aside from Steen, Michael Elgin, Adam Cole, and SCUM (who are hilarious) there's pretty much nothing exciting going on.

I agree with what you said about Hardy vs Aries - Aries/AJ, Aries/Joe have both been done a billion times and can be seen on any number of ROH/TNA dvds. Instead of Hardy, though, I'd have preferred Kurt Angle as a first time ever match. But the fact that they're putting two babyfaces in the main event is pretty ballsy in my opinion - it would have been easy enough for them to put Ray there just to have a face vs heel, but they went with something I personally wasn't expecting.

I'll admit, though, my initial reaction was annoyance - not because of the choice, but because I think Hardy is just, like, the biggest douchebag on the face of the earth...BUT I'm willing to admit that this is an interesting match.

As for ROH and Matt Hardy - as someone who was there in Chicago last night when he came out...people are pissed about this. At least everyone within twenty feet of me was. As someone who hasn't given a shit about the Hardys since 2002, I'm just as puzzled about this move as anyone. He was booed out of the building practically...not sure what they expected, tbh.
