Run off voting would make it extremly diffcult to establish other politcal parties, which is what this state and country need....
The city of Saco learned a lot about wind power! They were got suckered by hucksters from the wind power industry. I recomend that anyone who is on the fence with respect to the viability of wind power take a drive down Main st and see the monument to a fraud! Finally, if wind power was such a great investment the free markets would embrass the concept. Let the free market decide if wind power is viable, no to government subsidies!
