I have to disagree with the ones that writes that Messi should be the only available choice. He shouldn't even be in the poll. Messi is unfair, FIFA should ban him for life. Good ratings overall, but Alves a 6,5? He always leaves gaps behind him, but he always gets back before the opponents even get a chance to use the gap he leaves. Made about 4-5 world class tackles and stole the ball back every time. A magnificent game by Alves, if you ask me. 7,5 in rating, at least.
Damn, this guy thinks his God. He is good, but not that good. He thinks that he is 22 and has the whole future in front of him, wake up! You're almost 27 years old! Just decide what team you want to play for, both Real and - unfortunately - Barça wants you to. Hopefully hes choice will be Real. I don't want a player that can only be used every other match. Either it is his foot that's injured or his knee, if not any of them, it's his thigh. Get a player than can play at least 25-30 games per season. And one that don't think his God.

Indeed he deserves it. This is what separates the best from the betters. This is far from Messis best season, still he scores a lot of goals and is up there with Villa now in the Pichichi contest. Striking!
