To pull off a decapitating EMP, you'd have to lob a nuke 200 miles above Kansas. Terrorists and N. Korea aren't that advanced. If it happens, it's either Russia, China, or a self-inflicted wound.

Our Utah Wesurroundthem group email thread has brought up party ideas (like a 9-12 political party), and I said, “What?” The perfect party is already in place for anyone with Libertarian leanings but cannot get past the “legalize drugs” platform. The Constitution Party is the answer. I voted for Chuck Balwdin, the Constitution presidential candidate, instead of McCain or Obama, and I can sleep at night.
