And you are just talking tough. Honestly though I hope you pick the right panhandler to kick in the nards and have the wherewithal to deal with any consequences without tying up our police force. They have better things to do than follow up on kicks to the groin deserved or not.

Fairview has those speed bumps and they aren't a problem for longboards unless a pile of muck builds up along the edge.

Not gonna dispute the finding that gangs are using the MAX, because from experience I knew that to be true well before the green line came around. However I agree with you in questioning the complete accuracy of the study just as its authors did.

The last paragraph in the summary subtitled "Information Gaps" acknowledges its limitations: "Known information regarding gang activity in the County is mostly anecdotal. Until gang data documentation/reporting issues are resolved and more accurate data is generated, ability to accurately evaluate the level of threat in the County will remain poor."

They are very safe in accidents not involving other cars especially head on. Physics dictates that less mass equals less potential energy to be turned into kinetic energy or something like that.
