Totally agree dicanio10.... all good examples of decent players. Yes his teams do play long ball, but they also can play good paasing football... so isnt that a sign of a good manager that can mix it up? O'Neill was my first choice, but I think Allardyce will do a good job and get us up... and maybe even surprise a few fans on the way that he is not just one dimensional. Gotta be better than rookie Hughton, or Jones who the Cardiff fans couldnt wait to see the back of or any of the cheap options that we allegedly were looking at. I for one am thinking of this as a POSITIVE move so lets all get behind the guy!! COYI

No Ba, I expect him to be on the bench. Its winter break in Germany and he is not match fit. Hopefully he will come on with 15-20 mins to go and have a run out. Looking forward to seeing if he is as good as his youtube montage suggests.

Wavid, my opinion is the same about Mido. I had doubts about him when he signed. He has really impressed in his work rate and attitude. I think the fact he is getting paid 1k a week is also a good indicator that he is not playing for the money and has the right attitude and wants to prove himself for us. I really hope it works out for him if he keeps it up.
