You can check out these links where senator Graham, Kyl, McCain, and Levin confirm that NDAA 2012 allows for the indefinite military detention of Americans. They literally brag that they can kill you and take away your rights to an attorney and trial by jury. They made Obama a dictatorwith NDAA 2012.

A number of senators have confirmed NDAA 2012 does allow the detention of American citizens. The laws of war can now be applied to us. Under NDAA 2012 you can be detained indefinitely with no access to a lawyer or a trial. You can go to this webpage to find the links to senators saying NDAA does include Americans. NDAA repeals the 4th, 5th, 6th, 8th, 14th amendments to the Constitution.
