First off, that iPad is loud...are they all that loud, why can't we get a fkn decent volume on the iphones then, i can barely hear someone on speaker much less just playing it straight out.

Thats actually interesting bc i remember at the first iPad everyone was bitchin that it didn't have a camera (well one of the umpteen other bitche.s about it), and now noone is using it.

I would think for photos it would be a pain, but for Facetime or video conferencing it would be great. Even as a webcam, nanny cam or something, buy alas i don't have one, and would prob buy a laptop b4 i did anyway.

Ok, alright, its old, no biggee, good post Slim, it would have been nice if there was an update for it tho....like a way to move multiple icons into folders at the same time....what a timesaver there!!!!

Especially after those Mother fkn timebombs out there....

hey guys, i accidentally hit the i hate jailbreaking. go away tab and now the make my life easier option isn't available.....i even tried running redsnow again and still not there......any way to get this choice back bc i do want to register it?

so are 755 and 777 the same thing or similar enough that it doesn't matter?

Why are the group and owner boxes grayed out, and i can't type anything in?

I am now using winscp and ssh. Do you mean in properties where it says octal i should put in 755?

I can't put anything in Group or owner box as they are grayed out. and owner group and owners boxes all have x's on them in the R W and X. I am having this problem with other apps and programs as well. Did i do something wrong on my SSHing or winscping?

When i right click on a folder in iphonebrowser the only choices are:

New folder
Backup folder
Save folder in
rename folder
Delete folder

There is no option for permissions. Am i missing something? What?

Hi,

I see this on so many instructions but luckily have not had to deal with it yet, but i assume i will in the future. So how do you set permissions for these files? I don't use SSh but i use iphonebrowser which is the same thing. But i don't know how to set permissions or even what they do. Please reply. TIA
