I wonder if the brain-dead liberals will elect this corrupt moron in spite of reports like this? Probably will. With corruption rife in Barry's White House, the administration, and Congress, she'll fit in very nicely in Washington, D.C.
Much of what you say is true. However I can remember when some on the Right back in the early 70's felt that Nixon would somehow negate US election laws and keep himself in power. I don't think Obama can do what you are suggesting, however I certainly think he has the arrogance to think of it. Rather I hold out hope that in 10 short months, the American people will issue such a thrashing to the Democrats that Obama will be largely neutralized for the remaining 2 years of his term and then voted out in 2012 as THE worst president in US history, thus relieving Jimmy Carter of that sad distinction. If, on the other hand, there is not a wholesale repudiation of the Democrats in November and they remain in power, THEN I will be very pessimistic for the future of this country and the freedoms we still have.
Obama's arrogance, coupled with a total lack of appreciation for the serious state this country is in in terms of it's security will sooner than later result in the deaths of Americans at the hands of our Jihadist enemies. He is a person who has gotten his way for years now and he is ill prepared to face the evil in this world with the seriousness it deserves. He actually believes all people will bend to his will, which they won't and as things continue not to go his way, it is likely he will become more and more dismissive of others, ill-tempered and because he is Commander in Chief, dangerous to US national security. God help us until such time as he can be voted out of office in 2012.

I guess the Supreme Court is not interested in the Rule of Law and upholding property rights in this country. The bond holders had a rightful claim to Chrysler assets before the unions and the unsecured creditors. Thisis just great. Government Motors run by the same geniuses that run the US Postal Service, Medicare and Congress. It's guaranteed they will produce tiny cars that are unsafe and ones no one will buy, all paid for by the taxpayers. The UAW is the only group that made out on this deal, along with the socialists who now are running GM. The taxpayers got screwed, the shareholders got screwed, the bond holders got screwed and now the consumer will get screwed.
