Ever since the end of last year I have wanted to gain muscle and get ripped. I am very skinny and small, I am seen as a weakling to my mates, I get no interest from girls and have very low confidents. A few weeks ago I was chased by 2 guys on scooters, I had done nothing wrong to make them do this, this scared me and I knew I had to get ripped so it would never happen again as it happens alot to me. I need to get ripped to show everyone I'm not a weakling and that I can do anything.
