Being a fire fighter will defiantly be a mitigating factor to what ever sentence he will get if he decides to go to trial. I agree he is a positive individual to the community but he choose to do something wrong with full intention and therefore should suffer the consequences. I speak for the girl and husband who lost their mother and wife. They will suffer the same way he will suffer. That is exactly why you should not drink and drive!

For the past two weeks, I have bad two people come
by. They were very rude and intruding. One was about 7 years old and both were African American . It was scary having them come by my house!

You are entitled to what you believe. But allow me to correct you. For one, this does effect his job performance because we had voted for him knowing that he will allow for our voice to be heard. He ran with the political view that he was against gay marriage. There was a video that eye witness had that showed how he spoke so loudly against some gay marriage proposal. If it did not effect his job why did he not state he way gay. If he had ran being gay in Bakersfield, I could guarantee you 100% that he would not have gotten the position regardless to anything else. He is a republican for god sacks. I am a republican and I feel betrayed because He showed that he was something when he is someone else. I am excited that he won't run for office anymore. In other words he would have not been reelected again. He could move out of Bakersfield with his boyfriend, because last thing I want to see is him or his boyfriend. Lastly, he betrayed his wife and four kids. Just thinking of it shows me how some people could be hypocrites like him until they get what they want. I have a lot more to say but I will end it with this note " Regardless to him apologizing to his constituents, in my opinion it won't be accepted, it's not about the apology. It's the fact that we trusted him, we relied on him... we heard his voice, we stood on his side, we cheered for him, we supported him, we didn't doubt him, we gave him our voice for others to hear... This may not effect Bakersfield directly, but i assure you it does indirectly"

I agree with you to the end! He should resign. I don't even want to see his face anymore. He should probably move somewhere far away from bakersfield with his boyfriend. What a shame!

This is a great Weekend for Kern County! This will also help the economy in this city.
