This is a total travesty...this girl is being railroaded through the court system & the parents' lawyer is a member of CAIR, the Saudi-financed lobby group for radical Islam!! CAIR had all contacts with the FBI terminated because the group was named as an un-indicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation terror-funding trial, in which the HLF was found GUILTY of illegally funneling over $12 million to designated terrorist group HAMAS!!

So the court system in Ohio is essentially letting this radical Islamic front group try to stop the girl's application for ASYLUM!!

Janice Rogers Brown is a great judicial conservative who was the first black woman to serve on the California Supreme Court...glad to see her making impact in D.C.!! A great appointment by Dubya...we need more like her, to stand up to the limp-wristed America-haters and Obama worshippers!!

Until Obama charged this man as a civilian criminal this Islamic terrorist was being interrogated by the FBI and yielding VALUABLE INFORMATION...as soon as the criminal charges were filed, the lawyers showed up and told this cuttroat to shut up and he hasnt said anything since!!

Terrorists need to held as enemy combatants...once you give them MIRANDA RIGHTS, they have absolutely NO REASON to cooperate with FBI or other interrogators!!
