Not to nit pick or anything but apple pie has it's origins in the middle ages, long before America existed as a country!
As for the ACLU? IMHO: They're about as useful as the United Nations! Both organizations are corrupt and a waste of tax payer's dollars.

Who is he hoping to talk to: The Obama-maniacs? He doesn't need to say anything to them, they're already eating out of his hands and having his babies!!!
The rest of us? We're already so sick of him and would rather watch paint dry!
Someone...anyone....PLEASE tell him he's supposed to be the President, the commander in chief, NOT the entertainer in chief!!!!!

Hmmmmm...since I'm in a ponderous mood state of mind...I wonder how Nancy Pelosi's Salt marsh mice are doing? I wonder if they're pen pals, or email buddies with our local, Prebel's meadow jumping mice? I mean....they're the ones with all our tax dollars at their disposal, I hope they're having a great time with 'em!!!!

Recently we drove from Colorado to San Antonio, Texas.
The wind turbine capital of the USA: Sweetwater, Texas was en route.
We marveled at the number of wind turbines, but also noticed the lack of power pylons!
Seems the greenies are happy for the power to be generated but not for it to be transported to where it is needed because the Preble's meadow jumping mice in Colorado and Nancy Pelosi's salt marsh mice might be inconvenienced??!?!?!?

I have been boycotting Chinese made goods for years! My ice cream maker was made in Italy and my bread machine in South Korea. I paid $$ more so as NOT to buy Chinese-made. I would rather have bought American made couldn't...what that says about us speaks volumes!

I feel, having Barack Obama represent the Democratic party in the November election was the start of the downfall of the nation.
I believe he won for one, simple reason: Political correctness.
It would not have mattered one jot who we Republicans put up to run against him and the Democrats knew it.

You're right...at least partly.
TOO many people were NOT listening...they were getting caught up in all the "Hope" and "Change" hoopla! All the slight-of-hand, like a good magician, Obama and his cohorts had so many people looking the other way:
The youth vote went for him because he "looks so cute in a suit." And because our schools and universities teach politics from the leftist point of view only.
The adult Democrats vote went for him because they were:
a) Afraid of another Clinton
b) Politically correct
Too many Republicans voted for him because McCain wasn't Conservative enough for them.
Only now do those people have buyer's remorse, only now they are wondering just WHO IS the puppet master? Who IS the Wizard of Oz?
Only now, those of us who were NOT hoodwinked are rising up, and only WE can take back our country...while we still have one.

I have to tell you this:
At the oath ceremony there were 47 different nationalities. The largest group to take the oath was a group from Mexico and they received the largest round of applause.
