The protagonist (Skeeter) is played by Emma Stone (and she was terrific). Ron Howard's daughter, Bryce Dallas Howard, played the antagonist role (Hilly Holbrook) and though she too was terrific she's going to have to really watch being cast too often in these 'mean woman' roles; this is not the first one.

The unsubscribe function just routes to a 502 bad gateway error (in layman's terms "does not work"). I'm stuck having to get your scintillating monologue in my inbox until you finally tire of it . Since you seem to just be nattering to yourself; I'm hoping that will be soon. I subscribed to the thread thinking there might be some interesting conversation about this film, the book and the BBC television production, but of you made sure that couldn't happen.

Actually, it 's not Lenny who shoots George, but George who shoots Lennie (that's the spelling of the character's name actually). Are you finished with this yet because my email box is getting full of your inane posts..
