Your a very blinded fool if you assume all people with tats are thugs...wow it makes me wonder how you feel about law enforcement staff, armed service and those in the medical field that aid and protect you. I feel sorry people who are so freaking judgmental as you are..If Ms Biggs is as sweet as you claim then she should do the right thing..return the dog and admit that she never attempted to find the owner nor did she file a report to Animal Services so she is dishonest....if you feel that way you must think and most likely a spoiled young lady whose parents most likely give to her wants.....I too have asthma I don't need or have a service dog, for my asthma I can feel the onset of an attack I use an inhaler 4's a day with an emergency one as needed...it is really not rocket science...
FYI jack you made an assumption that I am a man and that I am in jail...I don't have tats, I have a clean record..I don't drink and I don't do drugs... So your not a very good on your perceptions of people as you think. My neighbors who are friends are quite smart most likely have a higher education degree than you . I do feel she needs to give the dog back, I don't think she tried to find the owner and I think calling it her companion dog for her asthma is the biggest scam...so she can look all sweet and innocent but I think not...she is pulling the wool over your eyes..
I disagree with you that you can read a woman by there face, I know many of women who are as cute as pie as you say by there face and can be a viper in disguise & I have friends who are well tatted & are the first to be there to help when needed over a a nice women's face who needs to go get primped. I don't agree that it is neglect of an owner if there dog jumps a fence because there could have been a noise that scared them...I had a neighbor who locked there dog in the house when they would leave....firecracker, backfire of a car, etc...that dog would run through the window and take off that is not neglect...oh before you comment they tried the garage with no windows he ran through the door he was just a great escape artist.
Fancy not all tatted people are punks and not all sweet looking young woman nice....so don't ever judge a book by its cover. I guess you did not read the article as it said the dog jumped the fence....many a dog who gets out of there backyard are not from a neglectful owner but a spirited dog with lots of energy.

Since he had filed a report with Animal Services, she did not. i think this young lady fell in love with the dog. I have asthma I don't need an animal to warn me of an attack, I do my meds as I am suppose to and I am able to know on my own when I am having an attack. Give the dog back Ms Biggs.

It sounds like it was truly an accident. Yes it was tragic someone did run over him, but I guess speed(not saying he was speeding so no one get upset), then trying to brake that when he was thrown the velocity of him being thrown was part of the equation in this.
As a frequent flyer of I-5, we all cars, bikes and trucks need to remember our distance for stopping. We all get in a hurry to get from point A to point B but when something like this tragedy happens it should be a reminder......
There is no excuse for anyone to harm an animal or a human. Some days when I read or listen to the news I wonder what is happening to people...but I realize I can not control the actions of others I can control my own....so I am off to hug my furry animals.
