I feel sorry for these students who judge everyone on their feelings. I think that thru the course of history, there are too many things to list that are horrible. I live in the present with an eye towards the future, I can't change what has happened in the past and I don't really think about how the "white man--or since Columbus was Spainish wouldn't it be the "brown man" killed the "red man". I don't think that you can re-write history to someones political views.
I don't want everyone to have a gun....some of these people shouldn't even be able to vote, let alone carry a gun. People who carry guns are responsible and understand that they can take a life. That is a great responsibility and requires training and understanding, I don't trust most people to understand that. You have people killing each other over sales at Wal-Mart! I am with you when you say they will have to pry it from my cold dead hands, I just don't think that all people should have them.

I think that we should support him, just as he is supported us----Arrogant Americans and proud to be one!!!! Pres. should be ashamed of himself for trashing his country! I will be praying for him as I have ever since he became President. I don't worry about being patriotic, I am. I don't need to have others make me feel good about myself or define my value. I AM AN ARROGANT AMERICAN VETERAN, who risked my life for my country. And would do it again if/when needed. God has blessed the USA!

Many of us were and are against these bailouts period. I think that the people who were in charge of lying to the American people about how well these places were doing should be out of office with no benefits! Let's give them a bonus and then tax it at 90%, give tour bus rides by their homes and have it all over the news for days. OUR Government is out of control and needs to be brought back to our values and principles. I don't care if they are Repubs or Dems...they aren't doing what is best for the people or our country..
Our President has sooooo much class, aren't we all proud. I'm sure his "gifts" really make all the world love and respect us. If Obama is giving gifts like this(he's so smart and worldly) I cann't imagine what the "hick" Bush gave as "gifts"---I never heard about his gifts. Could it be that he showed some class and thoughtfulness!!!! One has character, the other doesn't--you decide.
I think the Queen got him back---she gave them a picture!!!! And it was autographed, I hope it had her dogs in it!!!!
