The Old Testament passages refer to capital punishment under the Mosaic Law for the people of ancient Israel only; the Revelation passage is speaking of Christ's Judgment, not men's; and the last verse denies hospitality to false teachers.

Which one of those is even remotely morally-equivalent to Muhammad's open-ended, universal commands for Muslims to carry out genocide, rape, slavery, and extortion against all non-Muslims to make the world Islam?

Allah and his false prophet command the faithful to convert, subdue and humiliate, or kill non-Muslims to make the world Islam

Devout Muslims wishing to deceive ignorant and gullible non-Muslims (and those craven, ignorant and gullible non-Muslims who wish to be deceived) often attempt to discredit and demonize critics of Allah and his prophet by accusing them of "Islamophobia," "racism," or "extremism."

Often, they falsely accuse them of presenting Islamic "sacred" texts out-of-context.

When allowed to speak for themselves, Allah and his apostle prove such accusations to be only pitiful and deceptive ad hominem attacks and red herrings. The words of Allah and the example of Mohammed are recorded in Qur'an, ahadith collections, and sira. In these texts, Allah commands the converting, subduing and humiliating, and killing of non-Muslims to make the world Islam.

My reply was primarily to the first sentence in your post. Many people operate under the misapprehension that Islam has little or nothing to do with Islamic terrorism. It has everything to do with it.

I addressed also what may be interpreted as a moral equivalence between Christianity/Judaism/Buddhism/et al. and Islam.

If your point was that Islam is not a "religion" by any acceptable standard of decency, then I agree!

If you're going to call Islam a "religion," then prohibitions against evil found in Christianity/Judaism do not apply to "all religions."

"You shall not murder" is from the Bible. "kill the pagans wherever you find them . . ." is Qur'an.

Jesus committed no sin, spoke only the truth, healed the sick, raised the dead, died for the sins of the whole world (including Muslims), and resurrected. He commanded His people to love even their enemies.

On the other hand, Muhammad preached and practiced genocide, pedophilia, rape, torture, mutilation, slavery, theft, extortion, wife abuse, polygyny, religious and gender apartheid, deceit, and blasphemy, claimed the devil made him do it, and commanded others to do the same. In short, Muhammad "sacralized" the violation of all Ten Commandments and the Golden Rule.

You're missing the "fundamental" difference (pun intended) between the incident to which you refer and the ongoing jihad against Humanity: Union Carbide is not trying to slaughter or enslave all who refuse to submit to its tyrannical ideology.
