Strange news - nothing can switch on push-notification after DG, even activation with native sim.
Check your push, please, and answer here - is it working properly after DG?

"you will have to use iFunbox or any kind to delete the old gps cache, go to this path

/var/root/Library/Caches/locationd

Delete the ‘locationd‘ folder

reboot and retry should be good to go"
