The U.S. is the big fish and will not be far behind.

There's been a lot of testing of late showing unhealthy spikes of barium aluminum in our atmosphere and rain water. Many have hypothesized that this is due to an "additive" that is commonly being mixed with jet fuel the last 4-5 years. When I was a kid, apart from an occasional "sky-writer", jets never left cris-crossing chem-trails patterns across the sky. Now, on clear days, I see this routinely. It could be that this initiative is already well underway and articles like this are meant to prep us for a time when it becomes fully disclosed to us (for our own good, of course). Hypothetically speaking, there is indeed some scientific merit to this in terms of such a practice deflecting harmful ultraviolet rays away from earth's population. However, such chemicals ingested daily over time would lead to (and may in fact already be leading to) a vastly worse outcome for humanity. Don't believe the hype.
