It say's Rihanna "supports removing the stay-away provisions in the order"... All too often victims of Domestic Violence lift the restraining orders or modify them. I don't think that this is a good idea and I hope that it doesn't backfire (IF that judge allows the changes). I hope Rihanna stays away from him!

I am actually miles... MILES away from any River. I live up hill from the Valley. Our area had NEVER flooded prior to 2007. Have you actually been to Centralia/Chehalis? It isn't ALL valley... there are hills as well.

I live in Lewis County. We lost everything in the flood of 2007, and our house is NOT considered in the flood plain. It had NEVER flooded before. They keep filling in "the flood plain" and building on it - which is causing areas to flood which never had before. I think that it would be a horrible thing for Lewis County to lose out on an opportunity to fix flooding problems...

I think that the sketch looks like him! I remember seeing this on the news last night. This guy lives with his mother and she told reporters that he only "tripped and fell" on the one woman. Regardless, this guy is a creep.

I am sorry for your loss, but perhaps you shouldn't be reading people's comments on a PUBLIC FORUM! I agree with keithb020889, when he said that he is glad she hit a tree and not innocent people. Sure, she made a mistake... we all do. She made a decision to partake in drinking - then to get behind the wheel of a car. I bet that if it wasn't your cousin, you would be on here bashing the person!

My father is a marijuana and cigarette smoker... I don't agree with it, but it is his way of life. His cardiologist told him that cigarettes were WAY worse then pot. Kinda makes you think.

Would you run if people were chasing you and you didn't know that they were officers? I know that I would. The officer's force wasn't necessary and I feel for this kid's family.

To everyone who is calling for stricter gun laws in light of the tragedy in Tucson, may I offer this little tidbit: If guns kill people, then pencils misspell words, cars drive drunk, and spoons make people fat! Remember: Hold the person accountable for their actions, not the means they chose to utilize!!!

Reading this story just infuriates me. I understand the need to make cuts... but to our schools? Way to look out for our children you GRINCH! I cannot believe that she in NO WAY has made an attempt to lower her own wages that she collects...
