this is dustin, i love Aja, and she is just the driver of the car, nothing more, the car accident really messed my plans for life up, but at least i still have a life, me nor my family hold any grudge toard her, was not her fault, Aja was and still will be a beautiful spunky crazy girl in my heart and mind, never forget

Hello KATO people. I know this is a year late and not many people will see this, but my name is Dustin, and i Survived the car accident. I am very blessed, and thankyou all for your prayers and comments of support. I hope everyone realizes it was no ones fault it was in every definition of the word an accident. I miss and love those four as well do their families and friends. Continu to pray for the families and friends, especially the ones who saw this happen in the rearview mirror. For i know that they are scarred, emotionally, and it hurts. How it happened was the two cars in front passed a truck towing a boat because e was going slow. Aja thought she could pass, but the truck sped up, she tried to get back into her lane but overcorrecred, and thats when she hit the rockwall and was T-Boned. The guy in the truck said "if the first two didnt pass me thos kids would be alive" at the scene of the accidet, i was told this by one of the girls in the first 2 cars. No ones fault. My condolensces to Kim.

i just wanted to say this, i understand a lot of media has covered this accident, and everyone has read several things on it, but here is the truth, Aja was an inexperianced driver, but she was legal to drive. i remember following her to cheer practice one day, and she got out all excited and asked me how her driving was. granted she wasnt the best, but i would not have gottten in the car if i didnt trust her wih my life. Not wearing the seatbelt is the only thing that didnt save me, and police reports will prove that if i would have been wearing on i wouldnt be typing this right now. I love Aja, Amanda Jason an Ritchie, i talk to them often, and see them in the faes of many people

This is Dustin. I survived the horrific event, and this comment is ignorant, if u look at photos of the car or the police report u would know that they had a better chance of survival without the seatbelts, but really wasnt a chance at all, i was saved by the grace of god, and no seatbelt
