We wanted ours to represent our branding so we hired Twitterandbeyond.com to do ours (customizing it). We tried the "do it ourselves" approach and it ended up looking like we did it ourselves (laugh). But I think no matter how you go about it everyone should have their own background that is reflective of their business branding or personality.
