With all due respect, blp2021, whether you want to believe the proposal to eliminate the homestead tax credit came from Gov. Dayton, or the Republican controlled legislature, depends on your political leaning. Some say the idea came from Dayton during the gov shutdown and some say it came from the legislature. Either way it still doesn't hide the fact that it happened on Daytons watch. If he did propose the idea, shame on him, if he did not, shame on him for not refusing to sign the bill. He is supposed to be looking out for us little guys, right?

This is just insane. Why can't they taxi back to an open gate and allow people to deplane and make the decision whether they want to wait it out or make other plans.
