for two months now ..once a month.... the NYT carrier in the east Jersey town I live in... throws a sunday copy on every driveway on the street trolling for sales. I see it and the first thought that comes to me is: do I have to do any painting? LEGISLATE IT ! you dont think the oil companies would jump on that deal ??? Build new refineries..allow it if Exxon foots the bill for all of California's education.
