I filled out these forms OVER AND OVER again...I have been waiting since November 2008 for help! I can call Chase one day and ask if I was approved for modification and be told "yes" then call again the next day and be told they are missing paperwork and that they have not approved us. I have e-mails from Chase saying I was approved, yet I get collector calls saying they are starting forclosure and I was denied! IT IS UNREAL! They put us in a "3 month" trial program 4/2009. It is now 2/2010 and we are still WAITING! During the trial period, you pay a reduced rate (per a WRITTEN agreement w/Chase) You may not miss a payment or be late. We did everything they asked. Chase has now lopped about $8000 in fees on my mortgage and in order to keep our home they want all that BACK! During the past 10 months they have reported our payments LATE to the credit bureau. (again, they were never late) How is this legal? Can I start a class action suit?? So now I am looking at our family of five losing our home and we never missed a PAYMENT...plus our credit is ruined from the "help" Chase gave us. How can we even get another home? This is just disgusting!
