If the reason for disclosure is to prove the signatures are legitimate... that doesn't mean that they need to be released to the public, and i don't believe that is what is being blocked here by the courts. The courts are protecting the privacy of the individual much in the same manner that our voting is protected, so that a citizen not be discriminated or targeted because of their personal views. That privacy is and needs to be protected.

Earlier reports were that the victims were removed from the car prior to the start of the fire, and that the 2 girls had head injuries.

Both stories sound implausible.. who would someone give a guy a ride to his home at 3:50am, and then calmly walk into a back room, grab a gun and then shoot the guy in the leg.. i'm thinking maybe payment wasn't being made for services rendered.

if they want to offer him a contract like that, they still can, and he'd be back next year.. plus we have 2 additional you lefty pitchers in the system. It appears Jack Z's strategy is to load up on young pitching, and then use that to acquire bats down the road. Cuz their aint no bats in the M's system.

Just thinking, if you were the perp.... wouldn't you target the guy first? Why would he shoot the woman, and then fight with the guy? I agree this sounds very suspicious.
