I wonder if Andrew thought much about an epitaph. Somehow I doubt it. But for me, I think nothing would be fitter than the last words of another great patriot, Nathan Hale:

"I only regret that I have but one life to give for my country."

Why isn't he being charged with negligent homicide, at the very least, or felony murder? Considering that 29 men were killed during the fire caused by feloniously non-maintained safety equipment, felony murder would seem reasonable.

Let's say, for the sake of argument, that she's innocent until proven guilty. She should still recuse herself to 'prevent even the possible appearance of conflict of interest'.
