Given the chain of events that have happened, I'm even more outraged at her mother and sleazy lawyer who want to play the race card and turn this into a payday!! If you want to sue, then go to civil court and go after the attackers!!! But no...you won't because those POS's don't have anything to go after. You don't have to like or agree with the law, but you do have to obey it if you want to live in their country. I don't like that I can't drive my car while talking on my cell phone in hand because other idiot drivers were unable to multitask safely. The law says I can't do it so I don't! If they choose to be criminals then yes they are a POS!! I won't go as far as saying the shooting is justified but I also don't feel the least bit sorry for your buddy. How do you know he never hurt anybody? Maybe he got lucky and was never confronted by the homeowner and never had to escalate to violence. Well his luck just ran out. Hope this is a lesson to any other "POS" reading this story!!
