What I am saying is just this; When does the working man get a break on his rent/mortgage? Just because you have an underlying condition shouldn't mean that you get a handout, unless the condition was the direct responsibilty of the government. I understand how you feel, however how much is enough? We just can't keep giving away tax dollars to help you with rent, because you have a medical problem. That money could be used for something productive,(Like finding a cure for HIV or Cancer). Isn't the free heath care that you recieve enough?

The sad part is if they get caught they will get a plea-deal, which will include probation and maby restitution which they won't pay or if they do the probation dept will take a good chunk of it anyways.This happened to me when I was a victim of a crime. The DA needs to start locking people up that committ serious crimes and quit offering plea deals.

I guess this proves the theory of beware of what you wish for. The same people that are complaining that they have to move are the ones that caused all the public attention to the park the begin with. I don't like what this landlord is doing but if the conditions are so bad why would anyone want to live there anyways? If you want to live in a wonderful place you have to pay, Otherwise we would all live in nice low rent areas.

well I agree with you the laws need to be changed. The only part that I don't understand about all of this insanity stuff , is every person that commits murder or attempts to is insane. Because you would have to be a crazy nut job to kill another person. Therefore criminals should get the same length sentence whether found insane or not.

I can't wait to see the picture of him with a hole in his forehead. Reguardless of his beliefs killing innocent people is not the answer. And if there is a God I am sure he has no place in his kingdom for him.
