Unelected Commission? You mean the unelected senior civil servants of the EU? And ours are elected are they? Or seen another way 60%oof British voters did not vote for the present government. How do they see the present shambles of a government? Representing them? The problem with the neo-con attutides cancering our party is that they want to reduce us to third world country; smaller (breaking up the union with the loss of Scotland) , reduced GCP (see todays CBI report), without influence or an iota of power in a 21st century globalised world. Truly disgusting

They are the voice of business. Who do you represent? A confident independent nation again? Who are you kidding? We are confident. We are independent. Stop running our country down. We do not need enemies within. If you do not like modern Britain go live in North Korea where your political philosophies may be more akin.

Compassionate Conservatism? Taking away the mobility bikes of the disabled. What a truly nasty, meanspirited, evil policy. The political philosophy that drives this meanness is truly sick. The individuals who pursue it truly sick. Those who in the party support it truly sick. And what is the betting they call themselves Christians?

What a deeply divided party. A right wing of mean spirited, nasties desperate to bring the country down to a Little England model. Against them sensible, intelligent, pragmatic human beings deciding policies based on facts and reality. What a situation the neo-con nasties have brought about?

Interesting to read the PWc/ CBI report on what could happen were we to leave the EU. It would cause a major shock to our business system, reduce GDP, cauise 1 million lost jobs. And this is a conservative estimate. In essence leaving would be disasterous. Yet despite this the neo-con Leavers sail on blind to the reality of the disaster they will create. Truly leavers are an enemy within. They will break up Britain with the loss of Scotland. They will lower our GDP cause huge unemployment. They will reduce us to a small insignificant Little England with no say at the top table. The prospect on offer is appalling.

Making Gove Deputy Prime Minister would be disasterous. He is divisive. If he were deputy PM it would set up a double headed hydra each head determined to bite off the head of the other. On the one side we would have Brexit/neo-con attitudes ex Times possibly leaking journalist determined to push his nro-con agenda. On the other would be Dave or his successor pro EU seeking to take a pragmatic course. There would be daily infighting. It would make the Blair Brown tussle loook like a vicars tea party. Moreover it would not be representative of the party. The neo-cons are a tiny minority of meanspirited, petty, spiteful, nasty members of our party. They are nihilists. They mirror the tea party in the Republican Party. And look what they have reduced their party to. Utter chaos

You misread my position EM. I am neither for or against Corbyn being ahead in the polls.
