And to think, this all started with a requirement of a non-smoking section in Washington restaurants in the 1980's. I have to agree with a ban on indoor smoking in public buildings, but extending this to outdoor areas is just another example of our freedom of choice being taken, one RCW at a time.

This is the issue most have with cyclists. The majority of cyclists pick and choose which rules to follow, and when. One minute they follow the rules of the road for cars, the next minute they act like a pedestrian. Whatever suits their needs best. Makes me crazy!!!
So Very True! Ever heard of the story of a frog placed into a pot of water on the stove? The American public is in that pot, and the water temp. has been slowly rising for some time.
Just to make clear, my comments were solely directed towards KOMO.com due to publishing this story with so few details regarding this incident. The initial report posted here seemed half baked and not really ready to be posted with so little information regarding what happened. That was the entire point of my post. It had nothing to do with the welfare of the child injured by the dogs.
I'm sure there is a story here somewhere. However with the lack of details included so far it's difficult to really comment on this. Dog bites girl, one government authority refuses to take ownership of the situation and refers victim to another government authority. Without further details on the situation, why is this news story even viewable on KOMO.com?
Please enlighten me and the others why it is so WRONG???
Good Grief, When is our society going to get over this. It's nothing more than a female breast being utilized for it's intended purpose!!!
