There are other issues it seems beside the BWS.The business about her lawyer , DA Garnett pulling out,the allegations of grooming her old lawyer McCormick did for her father-in-law.This smacks of something that the CBI or Attorney General should investigate.The bottom line is this case stinks.

Sounds like a nerve has been hit . Look, we blog for purpose of discussing issues . It is starting to sound like you may have been in some sort of gender conflict.Sorry if that is the case , but my take on this case is that this women was unable to sort what was going on in her life because of the abuse .Everyday we see people making bad decisions or not getting the point because they are under stress. Do you accept that ?

In this case, according to all the stuff the husband was indicted for having done it. Her charge, I believe,was for not getting him to the doc in time. The way this guy exploded at the judge , the jury, and the police it would not surprise me- he is not a good citizen. We all do accept PTSD of which BWS is a subset, so , it does not seem to much of a stretch.We need as a society to take a stand against domestic abuse. As women this is a very important case .
