I had discharge for about 2 years before i actually got my period. About your itching, are you washing "down there"? If yes, you may be allergic to the soap your using, or not washing it off with water properly. If no, you really should wash down there as bacteria can build up and cause irritation. I do reccomend going to see a doctor, they will definatley help.
