The hostility of the majority of the comments towards the author amazes me. Basically, most of you are saying that he has an obligation to offer work to Americans, even if his belief is that Americans would not want the work or do a good job with it. That belies a sense of entitlement that is unwarranted, but not surprising, given the "good times" of the last 30 years. If you want to change his behavior, then convince him that the work that Americans would do for that wage will equal or exceed the quality of that done offshore.

From the perspective of the entrepreneur who makes the hiring decision, Mr. Klein's approach is not only valid but mandatory for a successful business. I suspect that most of the negative commenters' perspective arises from that of the employee or contractor (employee equivalent), who is selling his\her labor, not operating a business where revenue must exceed cost to survive. Only if it survives can he hire anyone.

Mr. Tuohey needs to read this account of what the RINO's did to GW Bush's presidency - http://www.powerlineblog.com/archives/2009/10/024... This is what happens when principles do not come first. My vote is to send all RINO's packing from the Republican Party. Let them join the Democrats so they can be who and what they really are - liberals.
