1. i am a nuun fan! but am actually really bad at hydrating (if we're being honest) i always try to down a glass of nuun/many glasses of water a night before a LR.. doesn't always work.. then when i'm done running my favorite thing to guzzle down is a tasty arnold palmer....

i think it can be a lot of pressure if you are like OMG I HAVE TO HIT THIS EXACT TIME. i personally do better with like a "window".
don't worry about what other people think, no matter what time you run. you did the training, you put in the time.. all that matters IS YOU!
