Fantastic! The Kid LOVES to design books for herself and has even kept her own diary since the age of 5. She'll adore this project.

And oh! how I remember tip tip toeing around the house during nap time, shushing everyone who came by to visit, and just hoping my new babe wouldn't wake up from those precious naps!

I stopped watching the news a long time ago because I'm so sensitive to all of the pain that's out there in the world. Instead I choose to find the news and avoid the glorifying and exaggerating and get straight to the point. It helps me tremendously. I still worry on a daily basis what world my daughter will grow up in, but at least I can educate her without the panic that news television gives us.
Thanks for the inspirational song. It really hits that bittersweet spot that we mamas are in, doesn't it?

Look at you go, Beautiful! I have come to the opinion that I'm the slowest knitter in the world - and here you are knocking out your projects one by one! It doesn't help that I've got at least four WIPS, including kitty ears and a tail for Halloween.

I've been battleing some chronic pain and at times yoga is the only thing that keeps me sane, rested, and relieved. I wish I could get my daughter to enjoy it more. She's such a kinesthetic learner, but her activities are much more manic! Such is life for an energetic almost 7 year old!! Thanks for sharing your own struggles and enjoyments through yoga.

Wow, you've been busy!! What a great haul! One note about honey: Don't heat honey on the stove or in the microwave, heat weakens its germ- and allergy-fighting powers. Stick to warm water.
