I love bok choy - it's AWESOME in stir fry. :) (My mother has taken to adding it to spaghetti sauce and/or lasagne as well. Not too bad at all!)

100%

Husband-Guy and I have had so many conversations about multi-tasking. I used to think it was awesome and that I was somethin' special to be able to do those five things at once, but you (and Husband-Guy) are 100% on the ball - you just don't give your full attention to each thing. Best course of action is to tackle every task one at a time. Your end result is better and I don't know, I think you feel better for it - especially if you CAN give that person your undivided attention.

Great post, lady! :)

I freaking hear you! I have been there and done that - thank Heavens for little puppies, without whom I would be far too couch-potato-ish for my own good.

I love walking. I love the exercise and the peace.

Keep on keepin' on, lady - I'm with you! :)

Yes. Very, very yes.

I took a few CW classes to fill course requirements for my post-secondary and was not a fan, for many of those reasons (and others).

Thank you for this. :)
